Method of Registration

To apply for the early registration, please complete the online registration by May 31, 2022 June 12, 2022. *The payments also must be done by this date.
After this date, the late registration fee would be applied
　　
*For participants who have received the abstract acceptance e-mail, please click Login and enter the e-mail & password written in the acceptance e-mail.
*Participants are able to download the invoice or receipt from the system, please check the "Guideline for Register" for more details.

Method of Payments

Payments must be made in Japanese yen. Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB) is preferable.
Even though bank transfers and convenience stores are available, a handling fee will be required. 
Therefore, we still strongly recommend all the participants complete the payment via credit card.
*Bank transfers and convenience stores are available in domestic transfers only.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

- No refund will be granted for any occasion.
- We still held the program online if a state of emergency issues in Toyama city, so no refunds will be granted for COVID-19.
- To change status from Virtual Regular to On-site Regular, it is required to pay JPY 10,000 (Banquet fee, Coffee break fee, and technical visit fee included).
- To change status from On-site Regular to Virtual Regular, no refunds will be granted.
