ICAA18 encourages sponsorship from industries. Targeted sponsorship for specific ICAA18 support is welcomed and a list of opportunities is provided below.

 

[Virtual Exhibition]-JPY 30,000

  • Exhibition Style:
    Your company’s digital content will be exhibited on the ICAA18 virtual exhibition page.
    Digital content will be maximum of one logo, one video and a 300 words description text.
  • The Maximum number of capacities for exhibitions: 20 companies
  • Application deadline: June 30th, 2022(JST)July 15th,2022(Extended)

[Logo and Link on the Top Page]-JPY 100,000

  • Exhibition Style:
    The logo and link are on the top page of the ICAA18 website.
  • Logo data format: jpg, png, ai, pdf
  • The Maximum number of capacities for Logo: 5 companies
  • Application deadline: June 30th, 2022(JST)July 15th,2022(Extended)


[Advert in Abstract Book Details]

  • Abstract book outline:
    • Size: A4 size(PDF)
    • Colour: black and white
    • Amount of Publishment: 500(scheduled)
  • Cost and number of advert insertion:
    • One-page advert on the back cover printing full-colour: JPY200,000 for 1
    • One-page advert in the abstract book printing in black and white: JPY100,000 for 4
    • Half-page advert in the abstract book printing in black and white: JPY80,000 for 8
  • Advert data format:
    Illustrator (ai format) or PDF
    *Fonts in Illustrator text data must be converted to outlines and images also must be embedded
    *Fonts in PDF text data must be converted to outlines and embedded
    *The final layout (e.g., margin size, posting order) will be fixed by ICAA18 Secretariat
  • Application deadline: June 30th, 2022(JST)July 15th,2022(Extended)
